Concept Engineers is an authorised Leader distributor. This page lists every Leader safety and relief valve we carry — 6 families covering 15 mm to 200 mm, in 3 body materials.

Two safety valves at the same nominal size are often not the same valve. The orifice designation sets the capacity, and it is the capacity — not the connection — that has to match the vessel being protected.

The Leader range here is supplied in bronze for water and low-pressure steam, carbon steel WCB for steam and higher pressures and forged brass on small-bore service lines. What the line carries, and how hot it runs, decide the body. Those two facts narrow the choice before bore, class or budget are considered at all.

Sizes span 15–25 mm, 32–50 mm, 65–100 mm and 125–200 mm. Across that range the construction changes more than once, so a size at the top of the range and one at the bottom are related products rather than the same product in two sizes.

Ends available are Flanged, Screwed BSPT (taper) and Screwed BSP (parallel). This is worth confirming against the pipework drawing rather than assumed: changing a valve's end connection after delivery means changing the pipework.

The applicable standards here are BS 10 Table H. A specification that names one is asking for a specific construction, not a general quality level.

Test certificates are available against the order where the product carries them. It is worth confirming the requirement before the order is placed rather than at delivery.
