Concept Engineers is an authorised Veeson distributor. This page lists every Veeson butterfly valve we carry — 16 families covering 40 mm to 400 mm, in 1 body material.

Not every butterfly valve on a range is meant to be turned by hand. Where a valve sits in a BMS-controlled loop or is cycled too often for a lever to be practical, the same body is ordered with an electric actuator instead — a different product on the price list, not an accessory bolted on afterward.

The Veeson range here is supplied in cast iron to IS 210 for larger bores on water duty. Material is decided by the medium and the temperature before it is decided by price: a body that suits cold water will not necessarily suit the same line carrying steam.

Bores available are 40–50 mm, 65–100 mm, 125–200 mm and 250–400 mm. Above roughly 50 mm the pattern shifts to flanged cast bodies, and flange drilling, weight and lifting become part of the order rather than an afterthought.

The applicable standards here are IS 13095. A specification that names one is asking for a specific construction, not a general quality level.

Test certificates are available against the order where the product carries them. It is worth confirming the requirement before the order is placed rather than at delivery.

To quote butterfly valves properly we need the medium and temperature, which decide the seat liner, and the size at which you want a gear operator rather than a lever in addition to sizes and quantities. Everything else on the enquiry can be inferred; that cannot.
