This cast Iron Butterfly Valve, S.S. Disc (CF-8), Lever Operated (PN-16) from Veeson covers 40 mm to 300 mm. Compact and quick to operate. Face-to-face length is short, which matters where a valve has to fit an existing pipe run. Lever operated, so the position is readable from across a plant room. Grey cast iron to IS 210 keeps the cost sensible in the larger sizes, provided the duty is steady rather than shock-loaded.
