About the Honeywell check valves range

Single plate and dual plate are not interchangeable on a drawing that just says 'check valve'. A dual plate design splits the disc into two spring-loaded leaves that seat faster and lose less to the flow stream than a single swinging or lifting disc — worth the difference in first cost on a line where water hammer is the actual risk being designed against.
The Honeywell range here is supplied in cast iron to IS 210 for larger bores on water duty and ductile iron to IS 1865 where the line sees shock, vibration or a buried, long-service duty. Getting the material right is the part of the specification that cannot be corrected on site. The medium and the working temperature settle it; the size does not enter into it.
The range covers 50 mm, 65–100 mm, 125–200 mm and 250–600 mm. That span is not one design scaled up — the small end is screwed copper alloy, the large end is flanged and cast, and the break between them is where weight and handling start to matter.
Ratings in this range are PN 16 and PN 25. Specifying a class above the duty costs money and weight for nothing; specifying below it is the failure that is found the hard way.
Test certificates are available against the order where the product carries them. It is worth confirming the requirement before the order is placed rather than at delivery.
To quote check valves properly we need the line's orientation and whether the pump can reverse against a static head in addition to sizes and quantities. Everything else on the enquiry can be inferred; that cannot.
