About the Zoloto butterfly valves range
Every Zoloto butterfly valve we supply is listed on this page: 11 families spanning 10 mm to 600 mm, in 1 body material.
Within one body size, a butterfly range usually carries more than one pressure class and more than one disc material, and the two move together: a higher PN often steps the disc material up from ductile iron to stainless as the seating load increases. Matching the class actually specified is worth more than matching the bore.
The Zoloto range here is supplied in ductile iron to IS 1865 where the line sees shock, vibration or a buried, long-service duty. The medium chooses the material. Cost only breaks a tie between two bodies that both suit the duty, and a body that fails on temperature is not cheaper for having cost less.
Sizes run across 10 mm, 40–50 mm, 65–100 mm, 125–200 mm and 250–600 mm. Construction usually changes with the size rather than continuing unbroken: small bores are screwed and made in a copper alloy, while the larger end of the range is flanged and cast.
Where an inspection certificate or an IBR form is required, say so with the enquiry — it is arranged with the manufacturer at order stage and cannot be added to a valve already despatched.
To quote butterfly valves properly we need the medium and temperature, which decide the seat liner, and the size at which you want a gear operator rather than a lever in addition to sizes and quantities. Everything else on the enquiry can be inferred; that cannot.
