Concept Engineers is an authorised Zoloto distributor. This page lists every Zoloto plug valve we carry — 4 families covering 8 mm to 25 mm, in 2 body materials.

Plug valves hold where a seat that is not wiped on every operation would foul. The taper and the lubrication arrangement decide both the torque to turn it and how often it needs attention.

The Zoloto range here is supplied in gunmetal to IS 318 LTB-2 for potable and general water service and forged brass on small-bore service lines. The medium chooses the material. Cost only breaks a tie between two bodies that both suit the duty, and a body that fails on temperature is not cheaper for having cost less.

Sizes span 8–25 mm. Across that range the construction changes more than once, so a size at the top of the range and one at the bottom are related products rather than the same product in two sizes.

Test certificates are available against the order where the product carries them. It is worth confirming the requirement before the order is placed rather than at delivery.

Send the medium and whether the duty needs a lubricated plug with the schedule when you enquire about plug valves. Sizes and quantities alone leave the one question open that decides which valve is actually correct.
