Covering 50 mm to 600 mm at PN 20, this is Leader’s sluice Valve (Bolted Bonnet Inside Screw, Non Rising Stem). The standard isolation valve on larger water lines. The wedge seats between two body faces, giving tight shut-off on clean and lightly contaminated water at pipeline pressures. The non-rising stem keeps the overall height fixed, which matters in a congested pipe rack or a valve pit where there is no room for a stem to travel. Flanged ends make the valve straightforward to remove for servicing without cutting pipe, and are the norm once bore and weight rule out threaded joints.
