Sant’s bronze Globe Steam Stop Valve is supplied in 15 mm to 50 mm. A regulating valve. The disc approaches the seat square-on, which is why it tolerates throttling that would wreck a wedge. Certified to IBR, with the Form III-C documentation that a boiler inspector will expect to see. The bronze body gives good corrosion resistance in water service and holds its seating faces over repeated operation. Flanged connections allow the valve to come out for overhaul with the pipework left in place. Fitted where an operator needs to trim flow — boiler feed lines, heat exchanger bypasses and dosing points.
