Description

Sant bronze Globe Steam Stop Valve, available 8 mm to 50 mm. A regulating valve. The disc approaches the seat square-on, which is why it tolerates throttling that would wreck a wedge. IBR approved and supplied with the Form III-C certificate required for steam service under the Indian Boiler Regulations. The bronze body gives good corrosion resistance in water service and holds its seating faces over repeated operation. Screwed BSP ends keep installation simple at small bores and allow a valve to be changed with two wrenches. The table above gives the catalogue reference and price for each size in the range.
