Description
Castle motorised Butterfly Valve (CI Body, CF-8/SS-304 Disc, PN 10), available 32 mm to 350 mm at PN 10. A quarter turn moves the disc through the full stroke, so large-bore lines can be operated quickly without a gearbox in the smaller sizes. The IS 210 cast iron body is the economical choice at larger bores. It suits steady water service but not lines that see mechanical shock. The wafer body clamps between two pipe flanges, keeping face-to-face length and weight to a minimum. Widely fitted on chilled water risers, cooling tower lines and large-bore service headers.
