Description

Covering 20 mm to 350 mm at Class 150, this is Leader’s y-Type Strainer (Cast Steel, Class 150, Flanged ASME). Fitted upstream of pumps, meters and control valves to catch debris that would otherwise damage them. The removable screen means the strainer can be serviced in place; the mesh should be chosen for the medium rather than by default. WCB carbon steel construction, rated for the steam and thermal-oil duties that rule out lighter body materials. Flanged connections allow the valve to come out for overhaul with the pipework left in place. Every size in the range is listed above with its catalogue number and price.
