Leader’s sleeve Packed Water Level Gauge (Bronze IBR, Auto Shut-Off, Right Hand, Screwed) is supplied in 15 mm to 20 mm. Water level gauges give a direct visual reading of boiler water level. They are a statutory fitting on steam boilers and are read continuously during operation, so the packing and cocks matter as much as the glass. Certified to IBR, with the Form III-C documentation that a boiler inspector will expect to see. The bronze body gives good corrosion resistance in water service and holds its seating faces over repeated operation. Screwed BSP ends keep installation simple at small bores and allow a valve to be changed with two wrenches.
