Zoloto’s bronze Spare Cone for Fusible Plug Two Piece Design is supplied in 15 mm to 50 mm. A fusible plug is a deliberate weak point. If the water level in a boiler falls far enough to uncover the crown, the alloy core melts and releases steam into the furnace, warning the operator before the plate is damaged. A replacement part — order against the valve it services. Gunmetal to IS 318 Grade LTB-2 holds up in continuous water service without the dezincification that shortens brass fittings. Lugged bodies bolt to each flange independently, so downstream pipework can be removed with the valve still holding the line.
