Description
Sant bronze Globe Valve, available 10 mm to 100 mm. Globe valves are built for regulation: flow turns across a disc seated parallel to the line, giving fine control at the cost of a higher pressure drop than a gate valve. The LTB-2 gunmetal body to IS 318 resists dezincification, which is why gunmetal remains the default for potable water rather than a cheaper brass. Usual duties are bypass lines, feed regulation and any point where flow has to be set and held. The table above gives the price for each size in the range.
