Description

Leader’s gate Valve (Screwed in Bonnet, OS & : Yoke Type Rising Stem, Class -2) is supplied in 15 mm to 100 mm. Gate valves isolate rather than regulate: the wedge lifts clear of the bore, so an open valve costs almost no pressure drop. The rising stem shows the valve’s position at a glance, which is worth having on a valve that is operated rarely and needs to be verified shut — allow headroom above it. Gunmetal to IS 318 Grade LTB-2 holds up in continuous water service without the dezincification that shortens brass fittings.
