Description
Leader’s vertical Check Valve (Spring Loaded, PN 16) is supplied in 10 mm to 150 mm at PN 16. Check valves stop reverse flow without any external operation — line pressure alone opens and closes them. On a pump discharge they prevent backspin and the water hammer that follows an abrupt stop. Screwed BSP ends keep installation simple at small bores and allow a valve to be changed with two wrenches. Normally fitted on pump discharges and at the point a branch joins a common header.
