Description
Covering 50 mm to 300 mm at PN 10, this is Audco’s cast Iron Butterfly Valve (CF8M (SS 316) Disc, EPDM Liner, Lever, PN 10). The disc stays in the flow path when open, which costs a little pressure drop but keeps the valve short, light and cheap to support. Lever operated, so the position is readable from across a plant room. Grey cast iron to IS 210 keeps the cost sensible in the larger sizes, provided the duty is steady rather than shock-loaded.
