This gate Valve, Straight Pattern (Bolted Bonnet, O/S & Yoke Type, Rising Stem) from Leader covers 50 mm to 300 mm at PN 25. Intended for full-open or full-shut duty. Holding a wedge part-open to throttle will chatter and wear the seat faces. The rising stem shows the valve’s position at a glance, which is worth having on a valve that is operated rarely and needs to be verified shut — allow headroom above it.
