Description

Covering 50 mm to 600 mm at PN 16, this is Leader’s gate Valve, Without ISI Mark, IS 14846 (O/S & Yoke, Rising Stem). A shut-off valve, not a control valve — throttling duty belongs to a globe pattern. A rising stem gives visual confirmation of position without touching the handwheel, at the cost of clearance above the valve. Grey cast iron to IS 210 keeps the cost sensible in the larger sizes, provided the duty is steady rather than shock-loaded. Flanged connections allow the valve to come out for overhaul with the pipework left in place. Every size in the range is listed above with its catalogue number and price.
