Description
This ductile Iron Sluice Valve PN 1.6 (Flanged) Hand Wheel Operated, Non-Rising Stainless Steel from Zoloto covers 50 mm to 300 mm. The standard isolation valve on larger water lines. The wedge seats between two body faces, giving tight shut-off on clean and lightly contaminated water at pipeline pressures. The non-rising stem keeps the overall height fixed, which matters in a congested pipe rack or a valve pit where there is no room for a stem to travel. The LTB-2 gunmetal body to IS 318 resists dezincification, which is why gunmetal remains the default for potable water rather than a cheaper brass.
