Covering 15 mm to 200 mm at PN 16, this is Sant’s C.I. Junction Steam Stop Valve. Suited to duties where flow must be set and held. The trade-off for that control is a permanent pressure drop even when fully open. Grey cast iron to IS 210 keeps the cost sensible in the larger sizes, provided the duty is steady rather than shock-loaded. Flanged ends make the valve straightforward to remove for servicing without cutting pipe, and are the norm once bore and weight rule out threaded joints.
