Description
Sant’s dual Plate Check Valve is supplied in 50 mm to 300 mm at PN 16. Check valves stop reverse flow without any external operation — line pressure alone opens and closes them. On a pump discharge they prevent backspin and the water hammer that follows an abrupt stop. CF8 (SS 304) suits mildly corrosive and hygienic duties where iron contamination of the product cannot be accepted. Flanged connections allow the valve to come out for overhaul with the pipework left in place. Used on pump delivery lines and wherever two sources feed a shared main.
