Zoloto’s cast Steel Gate Valve, Class-150 (Flanged) Flanged Ends as per ASME B16.5 Class-150 is supplied in 40 mm to 200 mm. Gate valves isolate rather than regulate: the wedge lifts clear of the bore, so an open valve costs almost no pressure drop. Flanged ends make the valve straightforward to remove for servicing without cutting pipe, and are the norm once bore and weight rule out threaded joints. Common duties are pump room headers, tank isolation and utility branches where the valve sits open for months at a time.
