Zoloto’s bronze Asbestos Packed Water Level Gauge (Flanged) Flanged Ends to BS 10 Table ‘F’ is supplied in 15 mm to 20 mm. Water level gauges give a direct visual reading of boiler water level. They are a statutory fitting on steam boilers and are read continuously during operation, so the packing and cocks matter as much as the glass. Gunmetal to IS 318 Grade LTB-2 holds up in continuous water service without the dezincification that shortens brass fittings. Flanged ends make the valve straightforward to remove for servicing without cutting pipe, and are the norm once bore and weight rule out threaded joints.
