Description
This C.I. Double Post Hi Lift Safety Valve from Sant covers 25 mm to 50 mm. Opens automatically at a set pressure to relieve a vessel or boiler. Set pressure and discharge capacity both need stating, as the valve is certified to those figures. Grey cast iron to IS 210 keeps the cost sensible in the larger sizes, provided the duty is steady rather than shock-loaded. Flanged connections allow the valve to come out for overhaul with the pipework left in place. Fitted to boilers, air receivers and pressure vessels as required by the governing code.
