Sant’s forged Steel Gate Valve is supplied in 15 mm to 40 mm. Gate valves isolate rather than regulate: the wedge lifts clear of the bore, so an open valve costs almost no pressure drop. Socket-welded ends suit small-bore high-pressure lines where a threaded joint would be a weak point. Common duties are pump room headers, tank isolation and utility branches where the valve sits open for months at a time.
