This cast Steel Gate Valve from Sant covers 40 mm to 200 mm. Intended for full-open or full-shut duty. Holding a wedge part-open to throttle will chatter and wear the seat faces. WCB carbon steel construction, rated for the steam and thermal-oil duties that rule out lighter body materials. Flanged connections allow the valve to come out for overhaul with the pipework left in place.
