Description
Leader’s gate Valve (Bronze, Screwed in Bonnet, Rising Stem, NPT, Class 150) is supplied in 15 mm to 100 mm. Gate valves isolate rather than regulate: the wedge lifts clear of the bore, so an open valve costs almost no pressure drop. A rising stem gives visual confirmation of position without touching the handwheel, at the cost of clearance above the valve. The bronze body gives good corrosion resistance in water service and holds its seating faces over repeated operation. NPT threads, where the installation follows American practice.
