Covering 15 mm to 50 mm at Class 800, this is Leader’s needle Valve (Regulating), Bolted Bonnet, O/S & Yoke Type, Rising Stem. Used where small flows must be adjusted accurately — instrument lines, sampling points and gauge isolation. The long tapered stem gives resolution that a conventional disc cannot. The rising stem shows the valve’s position at a glance, which is worth having on a valve that is operated rarely and needs to be verified shut — allow headroom above it. Forged A105 gives a dense, void-free body — why forged construction is specified for small-bore high-pressure duty.
