Description

Covering 15 mm to 50 mm at Class 800, this is Leader’s horizontal Lift Check Valve (Bolted Cover, Full Bore). Fitted to prevent flow reversing when a pump stops or a line depressurises. Orientation matters: a swing pattern needs the correct attitude to seat properly, so confirm the intended mounting before ordering. Forged A105 gives a dense, void-free body — why forged construction is specified for small-bore high-pressure duty. Socket-welded ends suit small-bore high-pressure lines where a threaded joint would be a weak point. Used on pump delivery lines and wherever two sources feed a shared main.
