Description

Covering 15 mm to 200 mm at Class 150, this is Leader’s IBR-certified ball valve (Two Piece Design, Floating Ball, Lever Operated), built to BS EN ISO 17292 jointly with API 6D for pipeline duty. A solid (not hollow) ball is used across every size in the range, and the seats grip it on both sides for tight shut-off. Stem SS 316, ball and seat ring SS (ASTM A351 Gr. CF8M) with RPTFE gland packing, for chloride-bearing water and chemical duty that would pit a 304 grade. Flanged ends to ASME B16.5 CL-150 make the valve straightforward to remove for servicing without cutting pipe. 8 inch and above are supplied with a worm gear arrangement; actuator-operated versions can also be supplied on request.
