Covering 250 mm to 300 mm at PN 10, this is Kartar’s dual Plate Check Valve Turbo (D.I. Body, PN 10, Flanged Type). Fitted to prevent flow reversing when a pump stops or a line depressurises. Orientation matters: a swing pattern needs the correct attitude to seat properly, so confirm the intended mounting before ordering. An SG iron body to IS 1865 tolerates ground movement and pressure surge in ways grey cast iron does not. Flanged connections allow the valve to come out for overhaul with the pipework left in place.
