Description
DRP’s bronze Spring Relief Valve, Open Type, Screwed is supplied in 15 mm to 50 mm. Relief valves protect against excess pressure by opening progressively as pressure rises above the set point, and are typically used on liquid systems where a full lift is not required. The bronze body gives good corrosion resistance in water service and holds its seating faces over repeated operation. Screwed BSP ends keep installation simple at small bores and allow a valve to be changed with two wrenches. Used for thermal relief and liquid overpressure protection.
