Description

Covering 15 mm to 150 mm, this is DRP’s g.M./Brass Foot Valve, Screwed. Combines a non-return function with a suction strainer. Fitted at the foot of a pump suction, it retains prime between runs and keeps grit out of the pump. The LTB-2 gunmetal body to IS 318 resists dezincification, which is why gunmetal remains the default for potable water rather than a cheaper brass. Screwed BSP ends keep installation simple at small bores and allow a valve to be changed with two wrenches. Fitted at the bottom of a pump suction line drawing from a sump or tank.
