Description
DRP brass Ferrule Nipple, available 15 mm. A ferrule makes the connection between a distribution main and an individual service line, and includes a means of isolating that service without disturbing the main. Forged brass keeps cost and weight down at small bores, where a cast body’s strength is not required. Screwed BSP ends keep installation simple at small bores and allow a valve to be changed with two wrenches. Used by water utilities and plumbing contractors making individual service connections. The table above gives the price for each size in the range.
