Description

Covering 15 mm to 50 mm, this is Castle’s forged Brass Non-Return Valve, Horizontal. A one-way device that closes under reverse pressure. Commonly fitted immediately downstream of a pump so that stopping the pump does not drive the column of water back through it. A forged brass body to IS 319 — dense, compact and economical in the smaller sizes. Screwed BSP ends keep installation simple at small bores and allow a valve to be changed with two wrenches. Fitted on pump discharges and wherever two supplies join a common header. Every size in the range is listed above with its price.
