Description
This flanged Balancing Valve (CI Body, EN-3 Disc) from Advance covers 65 mm to 400 mm at PN 16. Used to commission chilled and hot water circuits so each terminal receives its design flow. Fitted with test points, they allow flow to be measured and locked at the commissioned setting. Grey cast iron to IS 210 keeps the cost sensible in the larger sizes, provided the duty is steady rather than shock-loaded. Flanged ends make the valve straightforward to remove for servicing without cutting pipe, and are the norm once bore and weight rule out threaded joints.
