No. By law in India, a building's fire-fighting design has to be prepared and signed by a licensed fire consultant and approved by the local fire department before an occupancy/fire NOC is granted. This tool is a budgeting aid to get a rough number in front of a client before that drawing exists — nothing more.

Does this tool calculate water storage capacity or pump sizing?

No, deliberately. Static water storage capacity, pump capacity and duty pressure, and yard main sizing live in an NBC 2016 Part 4 table, not a formula — this tool names the standard rather than guessing a number, since an invented figure there would be worse than no answer.

What does this tool actually compute?

Only component counts that follow from simple, statable arithmetic — floor area divided by coverage per hose reel, one landing valve per staircase per floor, and similar. Anything requiring a design judgement or a standards-table lookup is named, not calculated.
