Description

This dual Plate Check Valve (SG Iron Body, SS-304 Disc, PN 20) from Castle covers 50 mm to 600 mm at PN 20. Fitted to prevent flow reversing when a pump stops or a line depressurises. Orientation matters: a swing pattern needs the correct attitude to seat properly, so confirm the intended mounting before ordering. An SG iron body to IS 1865 tolerates ground movement and pressure surge in ways grey cast iron does not. A wafer body adds almost nothing to the length of the pipe run.
