Kartar C.I. Double Orifice Kinetic Air Valve (SS Seat, PN 10), available 40 mm to 200 mm at PN 10. Supplied as part of a range covering the sizes and ratings commonly specified for industrial and building services installations. The IS 210 cast iron body is the economical choice at larger bores. It suits steady water service but not lines that see mechanical shock. Flanged ends make the valve straightforward to remove for servicing without cutting pipe, and are the norm once bore and weight rule out threaded joints.
