Description
This bronze Y-Type Strainer (Screwed) S.S 304 Perforated Sheet Screen Ø1 mm from Zoloto covers 15 mm to 50 mm. Fitted upstream of pumps, meters and control valves to catch debris that would otherwise damage them. The removable screen means the strainer can be serviced in place; the mesh should be chosen for the medium rather than by default. The LTB-2 gunmetal body to IS 318 resists dezincification, which is why gunmetal remains the default for potable water rather than a cheaper brass.
