Sant’s C.I. Y Type Strainer is supplied in 25 mm to 300 mm. Strainers protect what sits downstream. A mesh screen catches scale, weld spatter and pipe debris before it reaches a pump impeller, a meter register or a control valve seat, and the screen lifts out for cleaning without breaking the line. The IS 210 cast iron body is the economical choice at larger bores. It suits steady water service but not lines that see mechanical shock.
